Froad of job placement

I have a complaint against a job placement company whose name is akiko planet dlf2 moti nagar, they have took 35000 from me on behallf of job in international airport

But they give me job at t3 in domestic segment.

Now they are saying that i have to do this job, & they will transfer me to international. When i asked them to refund my money, they are saying it is not possible. & today when i go to their office then they told me that they have took my sign on stamppaper but i know that i didn't sign any stamppaper & when i came out from their office they followed me till outside with a bouncer kind of man & told me that i can'nt do anything against them.
