He is collecting 120000 from Each job aspirant and sending them to Iraq in visit visa. The people who went to Iraq are in to big trouble, some one going to terror camps, some one in jail, . So many complaints are aginest him in Protector general office and almost all Police stations. No body is touching Mohammed rafi as he is most influential with Politicians. He covers all His activities by paying bribe to every one. He is a money lounderer with connection in Mumbai and Dubai.
