Refund of payment

Dear Sir,

Had paid Alloyed Infomedia Pvt Ltd Rs1999/- on 14/7for sending material to work at home. According to their advertisement the material was to be delivered within 20days. After waiting for a month I had called them and also sent a mail asking for refund of my payment. They kept promising to do so. In the 2nd week of October they send a courier containing the material instead of the payment. I sent it back which they refused to accept. When I called to inquire the reason they said it should be sent back withing 10 days as such I will not get the refund.

Request you to please help me in getting my refund back from such fraud companies.
