To know weather the hotel is there or not and the barclay bank

Hello sir this is ram raj sir i want to know the details of the hotel i.e. Ambassador hotel and the Barclay bank wales, UK sir. first they have sent the offer letter from the ambassador hotel and they told that we'll only give you all the visa and the police clearance papers and the residence papers to me and what ever amount you'll pay for clearance they only give to me like that they told to me and till now i have paid 2, 80, 000 to them and they are telling that i have to pay 22000 extra money for releasing the my fund and my papers from the barclay bank sir. and now what should i do sir should i complaint to the police and to the Indian embassy sir.
