Forgotten bag during my travel to visakhapatam

I have booked two A.C tickets in Ap Tourism vizag bus on 15th May from their agent (RR mobiles Paloncha Khammam District) upto vizag and we have got down at Rajahmundry since Ap Tourism didnt give tickets for Rajahmundry town directly. when we were travelling in this bus, we have forgotten one bag containing electronics toys and things of my daughter at Rajahmundry... After verification we have contacted the local agent (RR mobiles paloncha) and informed that we forgotten one bag in the bus. He immediately spoken to conductor Mr. Siva at vizag and got confirmed that he traced bag safely and would return the same on the very next day..

We regret to inform that till today we have not received the bag and the conductor is now bluffing and telling lies day by day.. Hence request kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the conductor Mr. Siva and see the bag reaches us at the earliest..
