Hi,

Sub: Complaint regarding the service agreed by home nurse service agency.

We have taken a home nurse from Angel Enterprise, Thiruvalla last January. We paid them one month salary advance and a service charge of Rs.3500/- for one year. They provided a lady at first and in July she went for vaccation. We informed regarding her vaccation in June itself and after calling the agency almost all the days, they provided us with another one. But they made the agreement to transfer the salary to agency and they will provide it to the maid. She was due to receive salary by August 20th. But the agency didn't gave her salary. She, her husband and we used to call them daily and she got salary on September 6th. As they were not providing the salary she told she is leaving and it was informed to agency in August itself. So the agency person told us as one person is ready and to send the maid back on September 17th. We did so. On Sep 18th he provided another one. She one reaching here told as the salary agreed to her is 6000, but as per our agreement it was 5500. So she called him back and the agency person told us to send her back. Before she started itself we asked the agecny person to make us talk to her. But he told as she came directly to bus stand and so he cannot. The maid also asked him to give our phone number and to talk to us. He told her as we are busy. He is a really fraud. He gets money and when we call for any service he talks as if scolding us.
