Froud, wrong commitment and cheque bouncing

THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY FROUD.

I Also faced this problem the propriter of this company is totally froud they take money against a old machine and they also failed on his commitment of job work, they says they give daily job work when we purchase his machine of thread bounding but they cant fullfill our any of one commitment

my problem is so critical beacouse when i pressurise him to give my money back then he give me a post dated cheque of one month later by diducting some amount but this cheque was bounced again and again.

this company is totally froud and i have all avidence for proving me like audio AND video recording.
