No response after registration fee paid for Online Ad Posting Jo

I had registered for Online Ad Posting Job in site http://www.pay2refer.com and sent one Canara Bank Demand Draft No. 631552, dated 27th Mar payable in Tumkur District of Karnataka, for Rs 500 as the required registration fee. The DD was speedposted (on 29th Mar) to the address supplied by them and mentioned below, the company name being AN Infotech:

As late as April 6 I received from info@cash4joining.com, their mail confirming receipt of the DD

Again on April 7 I received from info@cash4joining.com, after my reminder, a mail that I will get the website for starting the ad posting job in “2 – 3 days”

However nothing has happened so far, today being April 27th, despite several email reminders. No response at all, despite warning them by mail on April 14 and 20 that this complaint will be uploaded against them

They should either :

(1) Refund me the amount of Rs 500 to me

(2) Or, immediately send me the work details and website

As they have already proved to be scammers, through this complaint, I also want both their two online job websites that are involved in this my case: http://www.pay2refer.com and http://www.cash4joining.com to be declared and blocked online as SCAM SITES. In the interest of the public at large
