I worked with appco chennai (Auromanagement)... when i joined they said ur pay is performance based... then on 4th day they gave me the appointment order stating how much wil be my pay exactly as well... these people are really good, they were transparent .. but one problem, i was not able to perform.. so am getting less paid... but i see in front me people earning 30k per month also...

according to me its a very good company to grow.. but u need show ur performance... always people who cant perform will blame the company
