"unnecessary Billing"

Hi this is Hiresh Paunikar resident of balaji nagar pune satara road .katraj pune 43. I went for regular servicing of my Hero Honda karizma .at the time of submitting the bike i told the owner of apurva motors that i need regular servicing to be done of my biike. He took the bike and gave me the slip as it it is normally done. For last 4 years regular servicing would charge me nearly 350-500 rs and that amount was ok with me . but this time when i went to collect my bike the bill was whooping 2500 rs .when i asked the owner he said that he replaced some of my bike parts worth 1150 rs and that too without asking me.though i had my vehical insured he didnt bothered to claim it. and remaining 1350 rs he took as service charge, handling charge, sun protection coating, and wireing harness, washimg. even though i didnt ask him for any of these services.ever time i gave my bike washing the vehical was nerver charged but this time he charged 50rs for it. When i said that i will take him to consumer court he was laughing like any thing .lastly i had to pay 2500 as servicing cost of my bike and handling charges worth 110/- rs .plzz help me out of this.. and the same was with the other costomers standing there
