False promise, late delivery of the vehicles

Dear sir, I had owned a hyundai i10 this january and finished 11500 kms. i'm very glad in the performance&quality of the vehicle. but the dealers service after the sales is very much disappointing me. since there is only one dealer in my city, i have depend on them for the service.whenever i took my car to service i have to wait atleast 30mins-45 mins to take the complaints.and they are not delivering the vehicles as per their promised dates/time.whenever i call the service professionals they keep on telling the same story that " when vehicle is ready we will call you".not only mine you can check their charts . so please kindly pay attention of my complaint and rectify as soon as possible
