I am using maruti car product since 1995 when i was having Maruti franti and then i had purchased Maruti alto Lxi black from ARAS PVPV tirunelvelli at that time also i have not received my car on the date promised by dealer in order book receipt. same i am suffering from problem for newly booked SX4 car. Sir when sales representative contacted me for SX4 he had promised me that i shall get my new car on 17-24 Aug and with that promise the true valu of Maruti had taken my alto. but now they are delaying in delivery of my new SX4.
It seems that they are not serious about their cusomer and the same problem was face by two three person of our colony.
now what to do?
