Non delivery of Refill gas on time

Dear Sir,

I am an Indane Gas consumer of Arjun Enterprises, Munirka. New Delhi- 110067. My Consumer No. is 15030. I have a lot of complains against the Arjun Enterprises.

(1) They never make delivery for refilled gas on time. They have devised a unique method for this. They take the print out of gas delivery receipt and keep in with them selves. At the time of delivery their delivery man just ask the consumer to put their signature and not the date on the receipt. They put the back date on the receipt themselves. A consumer never gets the same day receipt at the time of delivery. Most of the times it is 10 to 15 days back receipt.

(2) Sometimes they make excuse that delivery man had visited your home but your door was closed.

(3) They don’t pick up the phone in one time. In 6 to 10 times try they will once pick up the phone
