DAMAGED MY NEW BIKE ON SERVICE

I had a bought Honda CB Shine on 11/07 bearing chasis no: ME4JC36CFB8257535 and Engine No: JC36E2391801 from Ankamaly Aryabhangy.(Register No-KL 63/2209) As per warranty terms, I had handed over the vehicle to Arya Bhangy Honda for 1st service. While collecting the bike after the 1st service I found oil leakage from engine. I rushed the same to the above dealer. They hide the truth that oil bolt was mis-fitted and engine case threads have already been damaged. I could understand this only When I visited their head office at Aluva for secod service. Now they have suggested that engine case will have to be replaced with a new one. when I discussed with experienced mechanics, I could understand that my new bike which I bought a few days ago will be dismantled for replacement of engine case.. More over, the head light too is not working properly. Sir, I have bought this bike with my bare means. Hence I cannot take a risk of repairing the bike every now and then. Hence I request your good self to intervene and solve my issue. I have no other choice left other than to make claim a new bike replacing the present one.
