Goods not delivered and provider is not taking responsibility

Consignment No. 1432 was dispached on 02/Sep

from

Hyderabad - Plot No. 3, Margdarshani Colony, Rasoolpura, Secunderabad (AP) 500003.

To

Goraya (Punjab)-- B-2/123, Dilbagh Colony, Bara Pind Road, Goraya (144409)

in the name of Rohit Kaushal.

But this consignment was not delivered even after prior payment to the company. When contacted they are not taking the responcibility.

There were two boxes containing my belongings of worth Rs.10, 000/-.

The number 1432 was marked on them as LR number for logistics persons

LR number is : 1432

I have shifted from Hyderabad to Delhi, so i can not go there and ask.

I tried to contact them on Phone (09502782047) but now they are not receiving my phone. and are not answering to my calls.
