Bad Handling of goods, Cheats

I have recently shifted from Bangalore to Hyderabad and unfortunately, taken Arya Packers and Movers Service for my household goods movement.

I must say I'm regretting my decision now.

I spoke to Prabhat and he promised me that they have great facility of storage and best packing material. On the day of packing only 3 person came for packing including Prabhat, Praveen and one more new guy.

They started well with the packing but later started to do things in a hurry, even they didn't do the waterproof packing for few cortons but promised me to do it at godown.

Prabhat reqested me to give bike key as they could accomodate bike in side. I trusted them and gave the key. (my mistake)

I got the delivery after 10 days and it was a horrific experience for me. A small truck and all my goods were somehow put into and bike was missing. Unloading was done in the most improper manner. Everybody was just asking for money for lunch or some tip.

Legs of sofa were all removed, and nobody knew where it is.

few items were missing, glass of tv table was broken, kitchen items were in terrible state, plastic buckets were broken... I was shocked.

I called Prabhat... he was not picking up the call. I called Arya Packers number, they say call to Vikrant who actually doesn't below to Arya. He takes care of 3-4 packers and movers storage in Hyderabad.

I was more worried about my bike. Later my bike was given to me in a bad condition in the night only when I gave them threat to make a Police complaint.

Please... please... please... DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES. Find any better one.
