Delay beyond 60 days for refill cylinde

Sir,

My customer No is 6467 with M/s ASHA GAS AGENCIES at CHALAKUDY, Thrissur District. Indefinite delay is experienced in receiving the refilled cylinders. I have booked over telephone on 22-03 and by today (26-05) 65 days are over.

I was contacting the agencies over phone to know the status for the last two weeks and in the first week they intimated that delivery wiil be made in the next week. In the second week they repeated the same replay. Now this is the third time the agencies replay that delivery will be made only in the next week. Now when called up, most of the time the telephone is not seen attended even though it is working perfectly.

Is there any mechanism to know booking status and delivery status? It is doubtful about the operation of the agency.

Hence it requested to step into this.
