Non Delivery of Gas Cylender and misbehaviou

Sir,

I have domestic gas connection 26022 with Ashoka Gas Store Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi. They have three phones 26276777, 26278100 & 26277304. I had been trying to contact them for long but the phones respond as "not accesssible". Some time the ring goes but nobody picks up. On 27th March, I could contact No. 26276777 and booked my cylender. I have not received the cylender till now. The phone is also not contactable as usual. Yesterday, 31.03. my daughter in law visited their office at around 3 PM. She was told that cylender would be delivered on April 1. When she propested that the cost is likely to rise from April 1, and she was prepared to take the cylender with her, they said that the cylenders are lying at godown and can't be given. Today on April 1, again the phone was not contactable through out the day. At 2.50 PM phone 26276777 was picked and a lady told curtly that they had sent the cylender on 31st evening and our door was locked. Firstly, it is clearly mentioned in their record that they have to contact my land lord at ist floor for delivery of cylender and they are doing it for last 3 years. Secondly, they are always delivering the cylender in the morning, why in the evening this time. Thirdly my daughter in law visited them at 3 PM. She was told that the cylender will be delivered on 1st and not on 31st evening. Fourthly, we were in the house and no body came.

This is a ploy to sell the cylender at higher price. More over the lady attending the phone was very rude and slammed the phone when asked these questions.
