Poor Service

I would like to highlight the poor service at M/s Ashtavinayak Auto, Goregaon West service centre. On inspection of the car, lot of components which were functioning properly, were indicated as defective and an inflated bill was prepared.

On questioning the service executive, he was not able to explain properly, which was a clear indication of cheating by the service centre.

The car after servicing was not at all upto the mark. On pointing the defects, the executives were not ready to talk and were very arrogant.

This is not the first time I am facing this problem with M/s Ashtavinayak. Similar problems were faced in the past.

Really a big concern with service centres. All of them are of the same type. There is no check on the quality of service.
