Complaint regarding the free service book

Sir,

i have purchase chevrolet spark car from ashtavinayak motors ltd., goregaon west mumbai on 21st jan. as i have lost the cpc free service book in june so i have requested the company to provide me the duplicate book in the month of july as i was not able to do my free service without that free service cpc booklet. but from the showroom side i am not getting the response as they are giving me answers that they have maile to gm motors and they are delaying the same. sir herwith this complaint request you to look in to this matter and help me in getting the free servgice booklet and the damage cause to my car due to not servicing for this long period because of the ashtavinayak motors showroom fault.
