Cashless Offer: Money Debited no book delivered after 3 months

I had paid Rs 13, 499/ to Avk Automart private limited on 28th June vide cheque no 360270 of ICICI Bank for the CPCO (chevrolet cashless offer) for my BEAT LT car. I got the receipt with receipt no. 3404. The cheque was debited on 1st july in my account. I was promised on 28th June that my cpco booklet will be delivered in 45 days. But till date i have not received any thing. I had a visit to the dealers office in goregaon where first i was told it has gone for approval to General Motors at gurgaon. Then i went to register a complaint on GMs call center i was told that it is the mistake for Ashtviniyak team. They had taken the money and deposited without getting a form filled from me. I had even contacted there branch head Mr. Sideesh Marathe but after promising that somebody from my team will call there is absolutely no response.

I have even logged a complaint with GM call center and the complaint no is 19252.

The after sales service with the Ashtvinayak is pathetic. I got the delivery of the car 20 days after the promised date. While taking delivery the experience was too bad. The paper work is not yet complete. I have not received all the papers from them.
