Servicing of Optra

Our Car OPTRA car no. MH-02-PA-343, was given for servicing and with complaint to repair the Jerks while Driving. We gave it to AVK Autocare - Kandivali west, who are the Authorised service centre of Chevrelot.

The car was given for servicing on Friday the 22nd April. Repair order No.00414.

On Sunday the 24th I was called by Ms. Poonam from the service centre and was given an estimate of total 23, 000 indian rupees being servicing, parts, and labour.

I immediately gave a Go Ahead.

On Monday evening i got a call, from AVK Auto that my car is ready, and I should take delivery for payment.

Obviously my Driver went with my Company, s cheque of payment, but was refused Delivery of car on the Ground that we will get the car only against a Bank Draft. Since it was evening and Banks were closed for the day, it was not possible to give bank, s Draft. Next day we sent Banks draft and took Delivery of the car, Which was very DUSTY. It was infact dirty with black marks of grease at some places. My Two drivers had to again wash the entire Dusty car in my premises after taking Delivery from your above stated authorised service Centre. We will never ever give our car to this place in Future and will tell others Not to use AVK Auto Mart, Kandivali west, Charkop.
