Very Poor Service provided by Asset Hyundai Service Center located in Bhandup

Hi,

This complaint is for the very poor service provided by Asset Hyundai Service Center located in Bhandup suburb of Mumbai City

I had given them by car for Body Repairs on 30th May and the service center hasn't got back to me till date with the status

I keep them calling and have even visited the service center once to know the status of repairs and the delivery date of the car after the repairs but after multiple followups, I have not been provided the exact delivery date

They have changed the service advisors thrice for my car and when I try to contact them, they are either unreachable or give the excuse they will call back and they never get back

Even when I try to reach them through their official number 022-67246666, the operator never provides the status and keeps the call on wait and ultimately disconnects

I am very unsatisfied with the service and will request Hyundai India to please take note of this
