Non availability of Spare Parts

1. I have purchased a Pleasure Scooter during 2010. Its Regn No HR 01 AA 4109. The my Pleasure Scooter is off road since 17 Apr as I met with an accident. Due to this the following parts of Pleasure have been broken :- (a) Front Cover (b) Front Lower cover (c) Chamber Cover wherein cylinser fitted.

2. The above spare parts are not available with the Dealer (Associated Ambala City), hence they have demanded the spare parts from Company on 18 Apr. Today it is 14 May even after elapsed of considerable time, the spare parts have not been provided by the Delar (Associated Ambala City). They keep on saying it is coming within two-three days. Service of the Dealer is not upto the required standard which can satisfy the customer.

3. It may please be noted that individual purchased the vehicle for their own convenience whereas I am suffering a lot due to non availability of spare parts. It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and the concerned officiails at the right place may be given suitable directions to expedite the provisioning action and to repair the vehicle by the Associated Here Honda, Ambala Cantt at the earliest.
