To Whom so ever it may concern.

Myself Amardeep Singh Kalsi from Aurangabad, I have paid rupees foutry thousand to Atul cars (honda dio dealer in Aurangabad) of which i have received a receipt for the said amount dated 24.07.10 and i was told that i will receive dio scooter after 2 to 3 days as soon as possible. And on 03.08.10 i received a call from atul Cars saying that your scooter has come but when i went there they denied me by saying that i dont have the booking slip which is supposed to being given to the customer by paying rupees one thousand as advance booking but the same was not informed to me i was asked to pay fourty thousand rupees, this is what made me to wright you this complaint letter for illegal practice been carried on by your dealers here and request you to take strict actions against this and also let me know about the progress of your actions otherwise i will be forced to file a complaint against your dealer in court.

For your reference i can also provide you the copy of receipt and cheque i have as refund of the money paid by me to them.
