Gas cylender do not refill even after 15days of booking

Sir'

I Had booked my cylender on 22nd of june through mobile service (booking no.134) and the delivery is suppossed to be made within 7 days. The delivery is not made till 3rd of july so went to atul enterprises regarding the same'there the officer said me it is due to fault in computer system and the same shall be delivered by the date 7th july till now it is not being delivered and our second cylendre is also coming to an end.
