Not accepting UTS no

I have purchased ATVM smart card to buy season ticket for monthly/Quartely... System asks for UTS no for season tickets but on entering any UTS no, system does not accept it..Even asked to the Railway authority, it seems even they are unware of it..

Can anyone please tell what correct UTS no to be inputted...
