I am using Autocop power windows in my car. The power window is having some issue since last month. It makes a lot of noise while operating. I have raised a complain on 25 Apr (Complaint # 1204005248) and the warranty ended on 29 Apr. Since then, it has been numerous calls and multiple visits but the issue is still not resolved. The concerned person has come 4 times and even I have gone once to the workshop, every time some make-shift solution is offered and unsatisfactory work is done. Each time, a cursory work is done, due to which the problem still persists. I get different replies each time I talk to them. Now, again I am being called to the workshop, I really dont know what is the meaning of the term "on-site service".

Kindly look into the matter and please get is closed as soon as possible.
