Auto driver arrogant behaviou

Respected Sir,

Yesterday around 6'o clock, I took auto from BTM to Koramangla police station and paid 40. I go very often to meet my friend. While returning yesterday in between Tavarakare, the meter was showing 50rs and he took 60rs from me and didn't even reach BTM. When i asked him, why is it running so fast. He started talking in a rudely manner. I said drop me here i will go by walk. While noting a vehicle number of the auto driver (KA-05-1431), he started using abusive language and threatening me. Somehow i manage to make a note of the auto number. I have gone through 2 websites and lodge a complain but haven't got any response number. I have also read few reviews that RTI, that they just take 100 rs from them and doesn't do anything. A common man is already frustrated with so many hikes in the prices of the commodity, petrol etc where these auto drivers are menace of the society and spoiling the image of Bangalore. Eagerly awaiting for your response, i hope strict actions will be taken to teach them a lesson.
