Error in Installation

Dear Sir,

I have installed CNG Kit from Autogas India considering that the "Lovato Brand" which they install would be one of the best Kits available in the market few months back, but post installation I have informed the owner couple of times that the Engine Light keeps glowing and the pick up is being effected because of it, but till date there is no action taken till now from the owner's end.
