THE FOLLOWING MATTER IS OF TOP PRIORITY AND SHOULD BE LOOKED UPON AT THE EARLIEST.THE PEOPLE AT AUTO LINKS VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI ARE DOING FRAUD BY TAKING MONEY IN CASH AGAINST EXTENDED WARRANTY AND NOT DEPOSITING AND ENROLLING THE SAME WITH THE INSURANCE CO.I HAVE FACED LOT OF PROBLEM AND HAD WASTED LOT OF MONEY AND ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN FUTURE ALSO .BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE I HAVE FACED LOT OF MENTAL AGONY AND WASTAGE OF MY PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY

Dear mr. Aadhalya

My car Indigo CS LX was purchased in July. Recently my car got breakdown near my residence in Ghaziabad and was taken at the workshop of tata urmil motors ghaziabad and work of rs. 5639/- was done in that on 28th mar. I was shocked to know that extended warranty of united india insurance taken from your showroom i.e auto link vasanyt kunj new delhi was not at all coming in the tata records.

i am attaching the copy of extended warranty of united india insurance co. taken on 14th july and the payment of rs.5050 /-was done by me on 14th july for the same. Now i have spoken to mr. roopesh pathak of auto links and he is not giving any satisfactyory reply

I am really surprised that inspite of extended warranty taken and the payment done i have to bear the expenses on my car (invoice /bill attached of rs. 5639/-.Pls refund all the amount since it is not my mistake

pls look into the matter on top priority Your people at auto links had done a fraud and have kept the cash in their pocket.

Pls sort the matter and give the payment done on the repair of the car as well as give me all the proof of extended warranty done so that i don't face any problem in the future
