DEDUCTION IN REFUND OF BOOKING AMOUNT

Dear Sir/Madam

i booked valkswagon polo comfortline disel car as on 16/4. At the time of booking rep. Mr. Dhaval Prajapati commited price Rs.7, 08, 879 and he also gave me in writing.

He also commited me that i get the delivery of car as on 24/4 "AKHATRIJ" MUHURAT. but as on 23/4 he told me that price 7, 08, 879 is not possible and now your price is Rs.7, 23, 879.

so i talk with some senior official at AUTOMARK MOTORS show room but all are not agree with me.

so Mr. Priyang one of the sales person at show room print the refund application of my booking amount Rs.50, 000 and took my signature on application.

as on 23/4.

now today ie as on 3/5 still i will not get any refund from the company, and they told me that Rs.5000 deduct from your booking amount.

Actually i cancelled the booking because they delivered the car on time and also not the commited price, so why they deduct rs.5000 cancellation charges?
