Faulty Auto Mete

This is a complaint i want to give against Auto No KA-05, A-550, Bangalore. This auto driver is a big cheat & has a faulty meter that runs twice the speed of his auto & if the minimum auto charge is 17 for 2 kms, at the end of 3 kms, the meter will reflect a charge of 50 Rs. I want a serious action to be taken against this auto driver, the only reason i am writing this complint is that i do not want anyone else to get cheated like me, supposedly a poor man sits in this auto, he might incur a huge loss, also this person is very rude in his behaviour, i normally travel from Bilekhalli to Malleshwaram everyday & the normal auto charge is Between Rs.105-120, depending upon the route of travel, but in this auto it was almost Rs.300/-, when i threatened him to take him to police station & check his meter, he ran away after taking 150/- from me.
