Manipulated the Machine and gave less petrol

I had ordered petrol for value of Rs 600/- on 12.05.10, at Automobile Resort, dealer of Hinduatan Petroleum, located at Sion Trombay Rd., Deonar, Mumbai - 400 088. The qty. for the value should be 11.40 ltrs. My car is Santro Xing fitted with a Tacho meter, and I keep track of the mileage I get every time I fill the petrol. I fill the tank at Reserve level, and the qty. of petrol for 11.40 Ltrs, will raise the needle of the meter a little below the middle point of the fuel meter. My car at this level gives me app. 12 Km per litre of Petrol. However, I found to my shock, that the petrol dispensed was almost less by 20%, though the reading on the machine at the Petrol station showed Rs 600/- and 11.40 Ltrs. I immediately brought the matter to the attention of the superviser, but he refused to accept the complaint and said that he had given me the bill for Rs 600/- and 11.40 Ltrs. and his machine is OK. I have only travelled 80 Kms till date and my petrol tank needs refilling. This is a clear case of cheating and the digital reading was manipulated.
