Auto driver threatening to beat and not ready to go to desired location

I caught a rickshaw with number MH-02-UA-9071 at Ghtakopar junction for Hiranandani. Initially he did not ask for the destination so I sat in the Rickshaw then we went ahead . near Rcity mall he asked for destination i told him hiranandani. he stopped the rick and rudely asked me to get down. I refused to agree so he abused me and threatened to hit me. I told him lets go to the rto office and sort it out. he started abusing further. he pushed me out of the rick.

rquesting you to take severe action against such hooligans.
