Wrong meter reading

Hi,

I ask one auto driver to take me from Shivaji nagar to pune station.

Then he just down the meter but due to heavy traffic we stuck at one place. and he stop engine. But meter was still running.

I don't know its right or not. But i feel that if even engine is stop then there is no point that meter is still running.

His number is MH.12.EQ 2589.

If meter was wrong then please take action against him.

I had enough money to give them. But this happens with some really needy person then its not good.

This post is not for me. just want to help others. I rarely use auto. And don't like to go anywhere.

But may be needy people will suffer with this.
