Unjustified Auto Rickshaw fares & Not charging as per the meter

The auto rickshaws in Bangalore over charge a lot ranging from double to three times the fare as per meter. They are not ready to go as per meter & if forced to go by meter, then they move on. It is outrageous how Auto Rickshaws are allowed to take advantage. They charge outrageous amounts for short distances also. And, what is worse is the foul temperament of the drivers. They do not use the meters provided to them. Please take the matter seriously as it can be considered equal to robbery happening openly in a city like Bangalore.
