Asked me to get down 2 stops behind the destination though the place was clearly mentioned before getting in and also the amount to be paid

The Autorikshaw driver asked me to get down 2 stops behind the destination though the place was clearly mentioned before getting in. I got into the auto at Adyar signal and asked for Okkiam Pettai as teh destination. the auto driver quoted 150 Rs to which I agreed. When he reached Perungundi he started asking me to get down. I said I will not pay him 150 if he do not drop me at the destination. He argued with me and stopped the vehicle midway between Jain College and ASV suntech and was shouting saying I am mad asking for okkiam for 150 Rs (This amount was negotiated before getting into the auto). There was noone around to help and hence I couldnt keep arguing (I am Keralite and knows little Tamil). The only thing I could do was note down his vehicle number and pay the full 150 Rupees. I ahd to take another auto from where he left to reach my destination. I had come to Chennai for an important official meeting and hence couldnt raise the complaint immediately. Please provide some action.
