Cheating and harassment

Dear sir/madam,

I and a friend of mine had taken an auto at sirifort road and the auto driver was not only cheating us by not going according to the meter but also misbehaved, charged extra and did not take us to our destination and dropped us midway because we did not give in to his demand of paying much extra.

the auto no. is DL 1RG 2391

This kind of harassment has been on a rise where autos do not go according to the meter and most of the times blatantly refuse to go anywhere or start creating a nuisance in the mid way.

I would really appreciate if you could kindly look into the matter.
