Egarding purchase of Cruze

Hello sir/ma'am,

my sister has a marriage on may11, 11 so we booked a chevrolet cruze from Autovikas, Moti Nagar. They said the car will be delivered by them on the that particular date. And when the car was delivered then the accident took place and car was damaged by the company's member. So we called them regarding this incident and they said we cant do anything n ol. We want them to repalce the car cz dat was gifted from deir side bt after a long talks dey said we will replace the tail light and backside bumper n we will take ur car tomorrow and give back in 2-3 days. But its been 5days dey kept the car wid themselves. Wen the car was repaired, dey said we cant deliver the car. U have to take the car.

This is the way they working n dealing wid customers. First time i purchased chevrolet car n m vry disappointed from them.

Take an action on dem as soon as possible. This is not done. They r putting deir reputation down on market by demselves only.
