Fares of Auto not as per Tariff

Pune autos are to be taking as per revised (eg. Rs.11per KM) auto fares but this is not being followed in PCMC areas and they do their monopoly as their are no strict traffic rules or any other forum to highlight the same.

They charge what they want, eg for 1.5 km charge Rs.30.

I have seveeral examples of my own.

Once I were to go to Aryaneshwar temple, Swargate, this autowalas standing near Sindhu Park, Pimple saudagar charged me Rs.280. Wherein some other day I got to have a city Autowala at Jagtap dairy (2km from Sindhu Park). It went through meter and the fare came be Rs.190 as per Tariff.

Please whomsoever this front refers to please assist in destroying the monopoly and provide same tariff charges in PCMC area too.
