Fake product/ Forgery

This complaint is directed against AVA/Jetlite Merchandising Solutions.
I was a passenger in Jetlite from Delhi to kochi on 30th of June. There was an on-board bid which won me a 16 Gb digital Pocket Spy Pen of product code: 1786 at an amount of 1800INR. I approached Jetlite outlet for the product but owing to the un availability I could only purchase it on 6th July.(Invoice number is 1514 from Kochi) They have demonstrated the product without sound. I was conviced that it will work. But when i took it for my best friends marriage the very next day, it was recording without sound and only first video clip was recorded that too incomplete. Next 5 videos where showing 0kb status, even though recoding was coming as evidenced bu blue indicator.
There has been recent news in media about forgery at Kochi by IT experts who stole similar 16Gb stuff which on formatting yields less that 1Gb only. That was made by uncompresse formatting technique, the details i cannot comprehent.
But anyways the situation is same here, that this 16 Gb is unusable bad sector data that will be shown on checking the device. I have not recorded on that anyfurther. but I sadly missed out my best friends marriage function in video format, relying on AVA's reputation in providing good stuff. I have also contacted some of my friends who have bought the same from AVA, they also experience the same problem of malfunction (that is 0kB recordings). We are planning to move to court together for compensation against the product and the mental agony it has caused during Purchase and during Application in real time use.
Hoping for a better tomorrow and a verdict in my favour,
Yours faithfully and truly,
