Bad customer service at Avadhoot Gas Agency (Bharat Gas)

This is regarding the poor customer service at Avadhoot Gas Agency

Since last two days, I have been making calls to Avadhoot Gas Agency (Maner Complex, Guruwar Peth, Miraj, Maharashtra Bharat Gas), but their phones are going busy, This is not the first time, its is happening. It is their regular feature. The customer service agents can be seen busy attending their personal call everytime you visit the branch. They are least bothered to listen to you. That is why most the time you call there, their phones are engaged. Either they put the receiver down or just keep the phone busy with their personal calls. Even they are not polite in their tones. as well they make delivery of Gas after 10 days from the booked date and charging extra 3 to 10 Rupess per cylinder and making black of cylinder the delivery boys sale the cylinder to auto drivers taking 100 to 150 Rupees extra from them and the concernd officers and police department knows all this black markting but they are not taking any action

Kindly, look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
