Non- Delivery of Gas

Dear Sir,

I am complaining Second time against the Avtar Flame Gas agency for Non- delivery of gas. I have book the gas on 21.04.2011 by phone for home delivery but till date no such gas cylinder is given to me. I am in huge problem. Please understand my problem and take immediate action against the culprit party. Please do the needful in this as early as possible.
