DIFFICULTY DURING BOARDING

SIR,

I am residing at Hosur in Tamil nadu. In hosur railway station, thousands of people board and get down from the train.the problem is all trains are stopped at platform no 2 .Because of this all people especially old citizens are found difficulty in climbing stairs to go to no 2 platform. Also, there is no coach position indication is avl.in that platform. So, Pl.order to Hosur station master to stop all trains in P.F No 1 unless there is any crossings happened.

Pl. take immediate action and reply.

Thanks to railway minister for not raising fare.
