Dear sir,

I have purchased an Alto k10 vxi car from Baba Autos Zira an outlet of Maruti suzuki in march I had got loan from HDFC zira I had paid 1.50 lacs in cash and the rest of the amount was in the shape of DD of which RS 25034/= were more that the deal which were supposed to be refunded even till tis date I have not recieved the refund the outlet manager when contacted on phone said he has been removed from the outlet now Mr Pankaj sharma head of the outlet is jumping from one day to another and not refunding my money please do the need ful
