Unauthorized billing!

Recently Airtel has developed a new strategy for being eco-friendly. They do not issue receipt for the payments made towards the bills. They say that they would immediately send an email in this regard. They conveniently forget to send the mail. When we try to contact their customer care in this regard, they give very lousy answers. When we request them for details as to whom we can contact in this regard they flatly refuse to give information and state that they do not have details in this regard. The payments made are not updated to their database.
