Cancellation of car booking amount haven't received

Sir,

We have booked our car RITZ (lxi model) on 16/07 on the name of Mr. Sumit Seth...

We've already given an application of cancellation booking after a 7-8days of booking... but We've haven't received any kind of a cheque from your side and we continuously calling them to refund our amount but none of the action has been taken yet...

We are sorry to say that your Managers are not even bother to listen the customer query & even they don't have any accurate knowledge about the same procedure...

Kindly take some action asap...
