Court order despite of surrendering the vehicle

I had a two wheeler loan with BAFL (403076354) Bajaj Calliber 115, Reg. No. TN 20 R 6963 in the name of my father Mahaboob Ali M.S. We had surrendered the vehicle on (25.05.2005) as we were unable to pay the dues regularly. Despite of which we have received a court order to appear on 5th July.
