Dear Sir/Madam.

With reference to the above subject, I have requested so many times to you to send me my for closure amount to settle my account for which my Request ID sent by you is- A0705122 and I also got reply from your side that your query will be solved in next 3 days on dated 29-sept but no action has been taken from your side till now.

I have submitted my for closure amount of INR 28000 to BAFL Mathura Branch on dated 29-09 and they told me to provide NOC with in 15 days but till today (26-10) I have not recieved my N.O.C from your side.

So this is my kindky request to you to release our NOC as soon as possible.
